Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Key Account Management to join our team and take on a key role in managing our most important clients. In this full-time role, you will be the bridge between Naratama Group and our strategic clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and helping to grow long-term partnerships.


This role requires someone with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for client relationship management. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to drive business growth, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

🤝 Developing and managing relationships with key clients and partners
📈 Identifying opportunities for growth within key accounts and creating strategic plans to meet business goals
🎯 Collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, production, and sales) to deliver client-focused solutions
📊 Monitoring account performance and providing strategic insights to optimize long-term relationships
💼 Managing contract renewals, negotiations, and ensuring client satisfaction
📝 Preparing and presenting regular reports on account status, performance, and opportunities
🔍 Conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
🚀 Driving client retention and identifying upsell opportunities for additional services and solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in account management, strategic sales, or client relations

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

  • Detail-oriented, with a strategic mindset to identify new business opportunities

  • Ability to analyze market trends and propose actionable insights

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Google Suites and Slack is a plus)

  • Experience in the event industry or related fields is a plus

  • Willing to work on site at Naratama HQ in Cibubur
